Two Way Limited Warranty

 Within the 90 day trial period, if you experience a problem due to defects in workmanship or materials, your dealer, at his discretion, is permitted to replace your unit over-the- counter. If you are instructed to ship it back to our factory, you will only be responsible for the return shipping fee of $20.00.
We will ship your new replacement unit, out within 10 business days from the date we receive it from your carrier of choice, if current inventories allow.

Over 90 day trial period:After the trial period of 90 days, if you experience a problem due to defects in workmanship or materials, Two Way Alarms will repair or replace your unit as a result of a Manufacturers Defect for a 2 year period from date of purchase. This warranty is not intended to cover accidental breakage or normal wear and tear due to extended use. This portion of the warranty is redeemable only from Two Way Alarms after the first 90 days of ownership, for the original owner only. If you believe the failure was due to a defect, please follow these easy steps to expedite your claim.

1. Completely fill out the mandatory "Warranty Claim  Form".
2. Package up your damaged unit.
3. Include a Check or Money Order for $50 which covers your $30 replacement deductible as    well as the $20 return shipping fee.
4. Ship all three items together to Two Way Alarms Warranty Claims
We will ship your new replacement unit out within 10 business days from the date we receive it from your carrier of choice, if current inventories allow.
